Submission of an application or payment for third-party reports does not guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms. All loan decisions are made by the lender and are subject to their independent underwriting criteria.

3. Accuracy of Third-Party Reports:

AgriFarm Capital does not review, verify, or endorse the accuracy or conclusions of third-party reports. Borrowers are encouraged to consult directly with the service provider for any questions or concerns.

4. External Factors:

We are not liable for delays, additional costs, or other issues caused by factors beyond our control, including lender requirements, regulatory changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
